1. Where we deliver
Our courier arrangements cover the whole country, split into two service areas because the timings attached to them differ:
Peninsular Malaysia – every state is served.
East Malaysia – that is Sabah & Sarawak, both shipped to as standard.
2. How long we take to prepare an order
Every order is packed and handed to a courier within 1–3 business days, and because that count runs on working days alone, weekends and public holidays fall outside it. Once the parcel is processed and dispatched we send the customer a confirmation email carrying the tracking information for that shipment.
3. How long delivery then takes
One thing belongs in front of the figures: we do not offer overnight or next-day delivery at this time, so the windows below are the quickest service we run.
Note: those windows are estimates rather than promises, and a parcel can land outside them when courier operations are disrupted, when seasonal holidays crowd the network, or in extreme weather.
4. What the customer pays to have it shipped
Nothing, ordinarily, because we offer Free Shipping and waive the standard shipping fee ourselves as part of our commitment to value. The one qualification is that fees for a specific bulk or specialised promotional order may still be calculated at checkout from total weight and destination, where that applies.
5. How the customer follows the parcel
As soon as the consignment has gone to one of our courier partners, we send an email or SMS carrying the tracking number and a direct link, so the customer can watch the package move in real time.
