This policy explains which country’s law governs our dealings with the customer and where a dispute about them is settled; using the website and our services means agreeing to all of it.
1. The law that applies
These Terms and Conditions, along with any separate agreement under which we supply products or services, are governed by the laws of Malaysia and construed in accordance with them, and any conflict of law provision pointing elsewhere is disregarded.
2. Where a dispute is heard
Any dispute, controversy or claim that arises out of or relates to the use of this website, to a transaction made on it, or to the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, belongs to the courts of Malaysia, which hold exclusive jurisdiction over it.
3. What the customer gives up in agreeing to that
The customer also waives any objection to the venue of legal proceedings brought there, whether that objection is dressed as an inconvenient forum or rests on any similar basis.
4. Reaching this site from outside Malaysia
We make no representation about the materials, products or services here being appropriate for use, or available, in other locations, so a visitor reaching us from outside Malaysia carries the responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
If the customer is unsure how this applies, ask us.
