1. When an order can still be cancelled
The standard window – an order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and a cancellation made inside that window is refunded in full.
Once the window closes – after 24 hours cancellation may not be possible, since by then the order may already have been processed or shipped.
2. How the customer asks for one
A cancellation is arranged through our people rather than the website, and it takes two steps:

We check where it stands – our support team verifies the status of that order and confirms whether it is still eligible for cancellation.
3. How the refund is processed
Where a cancellation has been approved the refund goes back to the original payment method used for the purchase, and the customer should allow 7–14 business days for it to be processed and to appear in their account.
